Mobily, which claims to be Saudi Arabia's
most innovative, fastest-growing mobile and broadband operator, will also be
strategic partner of the conference. It is expected to be attended by more than
2,500 officials from 160 governmental bodies, as well as noted speakers and
workshop leaders. Mobily's CEO Khalid Al-Kaf will present a working paper on
global trends in electronic transactions on Tuesday (Sept. 28).
