Participants at this year's event will be the highest since 2005 with 64 German companies attending. Out of the 64, 46 companies will present their products and services at the official German pavilion.
This will be the 13th official participation of a German business delegation at the event since the start of Saudi Build in 1981. The range of products and services offered by the German exhibitors is very comprehensive. The product categories include building engineering, building equipment and materials, construction tools and technology, maintenance services and equipment, security and safety systems, heavy construction equipment, and stone treatment and handling.
The high number of participants from Germany underlines the important role of the fast growing Saudi construction market and the sector’s enormous potential.
Saudi Build is one of the most important commercial events in the Gulf region for German companies in the construction sector and has an excellent growth perspective. The German participants highly appreciate the international exhibition in Saudi Arabia as an excellent place for the conclusion of contracts, placing of orders, launching of new products and public relations with business partners.
The official German participation has been organized under the auspices of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology (BMWi) in cooperation with AUMA — the Association of the German Trade Fair Industry in Berlin. The project is supported by Messe Stuttgart International, the Association of Steel and Metal processing Industry (WSM) in Düsseldorf and the German Near and Middle East Association (NUMOV) in Berlin.
