Pressly, 33, best known for her Emmy-winning role as a trailer-trash temptress in "My Name is Earl," had a blood-alcohol level of 0.20 percent or more, which is more than twice the legal limit of 0.08 percent, according to the complaint filed by the Santa Monica city attorney's office.
Her arraignment is scheduled for Feb. 7, although an attorney can enter a plea on her behalf. "My Name is Earl" ended its four-year run on US television in 2009. Pressly filed for divorce from her husband of 15 months on Jan. 21, 16 days after her arrest.
