“We have conducted studies on improving services to our passengers, especially for First Class passengers,” Al-Ajhar said, adding that the new customer care center would be manned by highly qualified staff.
The customer care center has been set up close to the lounge for First Class and Horizon Class passengers with advanced communication facilities, he said.
The center will be open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
“The center will contact First Class passengers to reserve seats preferred by them,” he said.
They will also be informed that their boarding passes would be ready at counter no. 55 on arrival at the airport.
“We have also provided special buses to carry First Class passengers,” Al-Ajhar said, adding that travelers would be able to contact the center in advance to get the services done before their journey.
He said the center would also send SMS messages in English and Arabic to inform passengers about the arrival of their baggage.
Jeddah passengers will get their baggage at home if they provide details their residential addresses to the driver at the center.
