The organizers said the festival would be preceded by a two-day marketing workshop on Sunday-Monday.
The workshops have been set to hone the skills of marketing and sales in the field of agriculture of young businessmen and businesswomen.
The annual event will be held under the sponsorship of the region's Gov. Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah. Chairman of the organizing committee Ali Abdullah Al-Jaleel said the workshops would endeavor to enhance the skills of the marketing and promotional skills of the participating young businessmen and businesswomen.
“The workshop will positively boost the agricultural sales and will also project he modern promotional methods and styles,” he said.
The festival will highlight new techniques in agriculture and fruit industry. Farmers will exchange expertise with the researchers and guides from various parts of the country who will attend the festival, which will shed light on Najran's agricultural and tourist potential. The chairman said entertainment and tourist programs would be presented during the festival. He added that a number of investment projects in rural tourism and agriculture would be presented to investors during the festival.
