Emaar Middle East, a business subsidiary of Emaar Properties, has commenced the handover of Saudi Arabia’s first five-star serviced apartments in Emaar Residences at Makkah Clock Tower.
Located directly on the Haram Plaza, the elegantly designed apartments offer breath-taking views of Makkah.
The luxurious Emaar Residences at Makkah Clock Tower are located on levels 30 to 41 of the iconic Makkah Clock Tower, a Fairmont Hotel, which is a focal point of the Abraj Al-Bait complex and part of the King AbdulAziz Endowment of The Two Holy Mosques.
One of the world’s tallest hotel towers, the 601 meter high tower is also distinguished by the majestic landmark, the 40-meter (130 ft) Clock, visible from 17 km, announcing daily prayers, and a Lunar Observation Center and Islamic Museum that aims to preserve the Muslim heritage for future generations.
There are only 316 serviced apartments in Emaar Residences at Makkah Clock Tower, all of them spacious and with the highest level of finishes reflecting Emaar’s quality standards.
The apartments are serviced by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, adding to the convenience of the residents who also benefit from easy access to the diverse facilities offered by the hotel.
With handover commencing, visitors to Makkah can also rent the serviced apartments through Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
Ahmad Al-Matrooshi, managing director, Emaar Properties, said: “These 5-star serviced apartments are designed to provide an inspiring experience for residents, who visit or stay in the Holy City of Makkah.”
Ahmad Al-Kulli, general manager, Emaar Middle East, said: “We are delighted to offer the limited collection in the tower on leasehold ownership. In addition, customers can benefit from the first-class hospitality provided by Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. They can also opt for a rental program with Fairmont, allowing them to leverage the global sales and marketing reach of the hotel brand.”
