Mobily offers fingerprinting facility for voice, data sim cards

Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) invites all its current customers to document their fingerprint for voice postpaid, prepaid and data sim cards before the deadline specified by CITC as the documentation service is free.
The fingerprint documentation comes in compliance to CITC resolution, which states the urgency to update the fingerprint database for all new and existing subscribers in telecom companies.
Mobily announced that the free 3 GB offer for all current subscribers when documenting fingerprint for all sims either postpaid, prepaid or data sim cards as it is provided by Bayanat Al Oula, an affiliate company of Etihad Etisalat (Mobily).
Mobily clarifies that the existing subscribers in Mobily data packages can visit any Mobily’s branch or authorized distributors and resellers with their national identity or iqama in addition to the sim card to register the fingerprint and get a free 3 GB.
Mobily stated that it is keen to provide a sufficient number of points to accommodate and reach all subscribers effectively, since the it has a broad base of subscribers and it works hard to provide them the best service and to meet their aspirations and expectations.
