Bieber’s ex-neighbors ordered to undergo psychological exam

LOS ANGELES: A judge says Justin Bieber’s former neighbors must submit to a psychological exam as part of the suit they filed that accuses the pop superstar of emotionally terrorizing them.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Holly J. Fujie ruled Wednesday that the exam of Jeffrey and Suzanne Schwartz was essential to them proving they suffered severe emotional distress as a result of Bieber’s actions toward them.
The 22-year-old pop star egged the couple’s Calabasas home and was convicted of misdemeanor vandalism and repaid around $80,000 in damage to their home.
Jeffrey Schwartz also accused Bieber of spitting on him, and the lawsuit contends the singer terrorized his family with loud parties, drug use and aggressive driving.
The Schwartz’s attorney, John C. Carpenter, could not immediately be reached for comment on the ruling.
