JEDDAH: Police arrested two young men on Tuesday evening for loitering in a shopping mall in Buraidah disguised as women wearing abayas.
Shoppers suspected the two and reported them to police. It turned out the two young men were wearing hijab and makeup to hide their identity. They were arrested inside the shopping center’s mosque.
Al-Qassim police said the two men are Saudis in their 20s. The necessary initial charges were laid against them and they were handed over to officials of the Bureau of Investigation and Prosecution.
