It’s a jaw-dropping moment for visitors at the Al Jazirah Vehicle Agencies Co. Ford and Lincoln stand during this year’s Saudi International Motor Show (SIMS or Jeddah motor show), which runs from Dec. 24-28) in Jeddah when they see first-hand the company's latest lineup of all-new and dramatically refreshed products bearing the latest technologies and innovations.

Ford and Lincoln fans are in for a real treat as the all-new Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ take center stage together with the all-new Ford EcoSport compact SUV, next to the mighty Ford Atlas Concept truck and the Lincoln MKC Concept compact luxury SUV.

This year’s lineup features some of the strongest Ford and Lincoln products, including the sporty Focus ST and Mustang Shelby GT500, the full-size Taurus, the compact EcoSport SUV, Escape, Edge and Explorer as well as the F-150 and Ranger pickup trucks.

Lincoln also showcases the MKC Concept luxury compact SUV alongside the MKX and the all-new MKZ mid-size premium sedan.

In the sedan segment, Ford Fusion is in the spotlight joined by the Focus ST, Taurus, and Mustang Shelby 500. In the utility vehicle and truck segments, Ford showcases the all-new EcoSport, Edge, Escape, Explorer, Ranger, F-150, and the Atlas Concept truck.

Key Highlights of Ford Lineup:

The Focus ST was first to bring the Sport Technologies badge worldwide, offering a blend of refinement and performance for which ST is renowned.

Focus ST is powered by a 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine, which offers an uncompromising mix of performance and efficiency, with 252 horsepower and 270 lb.-ft. of torque.

Mated to the 2.0-liter EcoBoost is a six-speed manual transmission, which has specially revised gearing to produce the maximum punch from each throw of the gearshift.

The all-new Fusion makes its regional debut offering an unprecedented portfolio of segment leading driver assistance and convenience technologies based on sensors, cameras and radar that enable the car to see and respond.

The Ford Taurus flagship sedan offers a choice of two engines — the 3.5L V6 and the fuel-efficient EcoBoost engine (SHO models), enhanced driving dynamics and performance-inspired design with smart technology.

For 2014, SVT keeps the Shelby GT500 on the cutting edge of technology and takes muscle car performance to new heights.

The 5.8-liter aluminum-block V8 engine produces 662 horsepower and 631 lb.-ft. of torque, making it the most powerful production V8 in the world.

Nearly every part of the powertrain has been optimized for producing the massive horsepower.

The Ford Mustang is about to become the newest member of a very exclusive club – vehicles in continuous production for 50 years. Over the past 49 years each of the more than 8.5 million Mustangs produced has been built in America.

The all-new Ford EcoSport, arrives in the Middle East as a strong contender in the compact SUV segment.

The Ford Atlas Concept is inspired by decades of listening to customers at the places they work and play. The concept features a next-generation EcoBoost powertrain, which introduces truck-enhanced Auto Start-Stop engine shutoff technology.

Key Highlights of Lincoln Lineup

The MKC Concept builds on the foundation of the Lincoln Design DNA found in the new MKZ. These warm, open and inviting design cues are a core element of the brand’s heritage.

The all-new Lincoln MKZ, introduced recently in Saudi Arabia and the first to be rolled out from the dedicated Lincoln design studio, entered the midsize luxury segment with new offerings.

Jeddah motor show visitors can expect a lot of action on the Ford and Lincoln stand with the adrenaline-pumping F-150 SVT Raptor ultimate off-road simulator, the Ranger Truck Torque challenge, the Ford Design Studio and Mustang the Look photo snap features.
