The Geely GC6 small family car was launched in an event in Jeddah recently attended by Chinese diplomats and Saudi media.

The small car Geely GC6 was unveiled in a special ceremony held by Haji Husain Alireza & Co. Ltd., at its showroom, Medina Road, and attended by a delegation from the Chinese Consulate in Jeddah, headed by Consul General Mr. An Wa’er and accompanied by Economic and Commercial Consul, Wu Yi, and the press.

Alireza, CEO of Haji Husain Alireza & Co. Ltd., said:” We are unveiling the new small family car, the GC6. As you well aware, the Saudi market is a very demanding market and always looks for new models, which encourages us to launch new and modern models from Geely to meet the market needs.”

The new GC6 is equipped with 1.5L engine and a manual/automatic 5-speed transmission system. To ensure maximum safety, Geely GC6 has been designed to meet C-NCAP 5-star standards. The car was made entirely of steel, and equipped with seven air bags, including dual front air bags and side air bags. It has various driving assistance systems such as ABS and EBD plus a number of luxury and high-tech features.
