LONDON: Kim Kardashian has been getting vocal coaching and songwriting lessons as she wants to relaunch her pop career, it has been revealed.

The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star — who released a single, ‘Jam’ (Turn It Up) in 2011 — has been having vocal coaching and songwriting lessons and will be enlisting the help of her husband, Kanye West, when she enters the recording studio. A source told a daily that the reality star has told pals that she’s keen to be taken seriously as a vocal artist.

West will advise on the project, which he’s given his full backing, the source said.

She’s also set up meetings with record companies, the source added.
