Aishwarya is back with a bang

Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is making her much awaited comeback with ‘Jazbaa’. Aish, who took a sabbatical from films and acting a few years back after becoming a mother is back in action.
In between, the ethereal beauty had faced some callous criticism for her post-pregnancy weight gain. But undeterred by all this, the former beauty queen refused to be in a hurry to leave behind the role of a doting mother in order to spruce up her appearance. She took her time, tackled slander with a stoic calm and now returns to make her mark yet again. But will she?
‘Jazbaa’ is about a female criminal lawyer, played by Aishwarya, whose daughter has been held hostage. To get her daughter back, she must successfully defend a criminal on trial. Her only collaborator in this fiasco is a suspended police officer, played by critically acclaimed International actor Irrfan Khan.
Director Sanjay Gupta feels beauty queen Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is good at balancing her work commitments along with her motherly duties. As per one of the sources from production said, she is a “remarkable hands-on mother”, who smoothly juggles her work. Recalling an incident from the shooting of the crime thriller, the insider said: “Once her daughter Aaradhya was unwell. The director felt guilty shooting so he offered to cancel the shoot but Aishwarya insisted we carry on.” That’s quite a commitment.
The buzz is that the filmmaker Sanjay Gupta would be sharing profit of the upcoming action-drama with his leading lady. There are a lot of actors, who demand share in profit of a film, now Aish also makes an entry. When asked about it, the former Miss World said, “Come to my office and we will discuss it.”
