MUMBAI: Explaining his absence on the Bigg Boss segment promoted his upcoming movie, ‘Tamasha’, Ranbir Kapoor said: “Deepika and the marketing team thought Bigg Boss is a big platform to promote the film. But I didn’t go for my own personal reasons.”

Kapoor, 33, is rumored to be dating Bigg Boss host Salman Khan’s ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif.

While the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star is still friends with Kaif, he apparently does not have a good equation with Kapoor.

Padukone, 29, was seen promoting ‘Tamasha’ on the reality show.

Khan, 49, was seen in a supporting role in Kapoor’s Bollywood debut ‘Saawariya’ and made a cameo appearance in the latter’s ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’, which also starred Kaif.
