MUMBAI: Recently, B-Town heartthrob Sidharth Malhotra revealed that his next with Jacqueline Fernandez will be a sort of an action-comedy. We got a whiff of Sidharth’s role when he walked out of celebrity hairstylist Hakim Aalim’s salon in Versova a little while back.
No doubt Sidharth looked quite attractive in his new look. Apparently, Sid was asked by the filmmaker to guard his look under a cap and not to reveal anything about the plot to anyone. From what was observed, it looks like the actor has got hair extensions done. Interesting, Sid’s awaited new avatar.
Buzz is that the ‘Ek Villain’ actor is going through rigorous training for the film. It will be a hardcore action film where Sid will showcase some Krav Maga and Judo moves, because there will be plenty of scenes involving hand-to-hand combat. The role demanded Sid to loose oodles of weight and work on his agility and flexibility for the stunts.
Although he has performed outstandingly in his past action films, it is being said he has done nothing like this.
The movie is tentatively titled ‘Reloaded’, which is the working title, and not the final one. It is all set to go on-floors soon and will be shot in Malaysia and Miami.
An insider revealed that, “During the Miami schedule, lots of action sequences in the sea will be shot on Sidharth and Jacqueline with a big team of Hollywood stuntmen and action directors. Fly-boarding and hover-boarding, which involve rising above the water to pull off innovative stunts in the water wearing a jetpack, are on the agenda. After Miami, the crew will come back to Mumbai before heading to Malaysia for the last leg of the shoot. All the travel paperwork and schedules have been sealed.” Bon Voyage, team ‘Reloaded’!
