Indeed, religion’s misuse by the extremists is greatly damaging Islam’s image, well said Grand Mufti Sheikh Abdul Aziz!

Islam prohibits all kinds of hatred, prejudice, killing innocents, abusing women, calling other as infidels, carrying out suicide attacks, creating rift and discontentment in the region and country, calling names to other religions and all bad things which can lead to the destruction of the human beings.

Allah clearly says in the Holy Qur’an: “Do not create mischief on earth.”

Islam espouses peace. It never allows mischief or any act of terrorism. Hence, we must not lend any extent of support to those who intend to create misdemeanor on earth. Allah says: “Support each other in the matter of good things and piety.”
