It was heartening to know that the Dawa and Guidance Office in Riyadh has achieved a new record of helping 97 Filipinos to embrace Islam in one night. It is really a great achievement and a matter of pride and happiness that a large group of people have been guided and shown the right path. In fact, it is the grace of Allah that He has blessed them to accept the truth. Let me mention here that if anyone has a real desire to be a Muslim and has full conviction and strong belief that Islam is the true religion of God, then all one needs to do is pronounce the “Shahada,” the testimony of faith, without further delay as the said group has done. They are lucky and should be thankful to Allah. The “Shahada” is the first and most important of the five pillars of Islam. With the pronunciation of this testimony, or “Shahada,” with sincere belief and conviction, one enters the fold of Islam.
