We have been facing shortage of water in Hai Al-Wazarat area in the capital city of Riyadh, receiving water only once in five days. Even this is turning into a nightmare for us.

We have been complaining to the concerned authorities on its toll free number 800 44 11110 on a regular basis. They register the complaint and promise that their maintenance department will come and check but nobody turns up.

Consequently, we are left with no choice but to buy water through tankers. The nearby area where a popular international hotel is located is however getting water supply 24 hours a day without interruption, a discrimination which we are unable to understand.

I hope the higher authorities will take note of the situation and restore the water supply.
