The Special Criminal Court in Riyadh issued rulings on Thursday against the final 18 of the 94-member terrorist group.

The members were convicted of various charges, including encouraging citizens to participate in fighting abroad, possession of weapons and bombs at a camp belonging to Al-Qaeda, supporting the extremist ideology of Al-Qaeda and of bombing, sabotage, murder, issuing inaccurate information via pamphlets and financing terrorist ideologies, among others.

The judges overseeing the case and the attorney general were in attendance as the verdicts were read. The 18 convicts were all sentenced to varying jail terms, ranging from one year and 10 years. They were also slapped with travel bans of equal length preventing them from leaving the country after completion of their jail terms.
