Nine persons were injured when a car overturned on the Khamis Al-Bahr Al-Hareeda Road on Monday. Eight of them were women illegally staying in the Kingdom and the ninth was the driver of the car, spokesman of the Red Crescent in Asir Ahmed Asiri said in a statement.

Several rescue teams and ambulances were sent to the accident spot. All the injured were rushed to the Qahma General Hospital. The driver and three women sustained moderate injuries, while the remaining five women suffered light injuries, he said.
