DAMMAM: The unidentified suspect behind the explosion in the parking lot of police patrol in Al-Ahsa on Thursday will soon be arrested, Eastern Province Gov. Prince Saud bin Naif has said.
“The security men who were injured in the explosion will get the best medical care,” he was quoted as saying by local media on Saturday.
“I am confident that the security forces will arrest the criminal behind the explosions and bring him to justice,” he said.
He said the government will not rest until this menace is ended because their actions are against religion and nation.
Prince Saud said that anyone who creates chaos or tries to play with the emotions and lives of citizens or residents will be dealt with an iron hand. Whoever is involved with such terrorist acts and kills innocent people and sheds blood at the behest of external elements, whose objectives are only to kill and create chaos and damage property, should face the stiffest penalties, he said.
