A record number of visitors representing different social segments including foreign diplomats thronged the historic Al-Masmak Palace Museum in Riyadh during the Eid Al-Adha holiday to experience the exhibits which reflect the Kingdom’s identity and glorious history.

“The palace museum received 14,800 visitors representing different social groups including diplomats, senior officials and tourists from all over the Kingdom during the Eid Al-Adha holiday which concluded on Saturday,” said Nasir bin Abdul Kareem Al-Eraifi, director of Al-Masmak Museum on Tuesday.

Al-Eraifi said that the museum exhibits and the historical information provided in its different halls has greatly contributed to drawing a large number of visitors during the 10-day holiday because of the national implications that are embodied in the museum exhibits which reflect the Kingdom’s cultural identity and glorious history and unification epic by King Abdul Aziz, the founder of the modern Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
