Mohammed K. Machingal has been appointed as the new principal of Banoo Iqra International School (BIIS), a premier international school in Riyadh. With an insight to craft every child as an excellent human being who flags the merits of dignity, moral and academics, Machingal brings with him 20 years of experience in the field of education and administration.

Machingal believes in imparting the right skills to the team of faculties, staff and students. An avid trainer who believes in motivating the team constantly, he masters in creating a good working atmosphere.

Machingal shares his vision for the school, saying “While taking the school to the next level, I believe that the parents’ cooperation is essential to create a conducive educational environment for the overall growth of the children.”

“Hence the school curriculum must be framed in a way that it gives importance to proper training of children in order to make them fit to face the challenges of the world and to compete globally to survive as the fittest and the best in the world”, said the BIIS principal.

Being a council member of CBSE affiliated schools in the Gulf countries, he also stands as secretary of Jeddah Principals’ Forum.

He is a member of the Toast Master Club besides being associated with several academic institutions of India.

Machingal obtained a bachelor degree in education from India’s Calicut University.

He also holds a doctorate degree in education from Washington International University.

Prior to joining Banoo Iqra International School, Machingan served as the director & principal of IAME Group of International Schools and Mahd Al Uloom International School in Jeddah.

As the founder principal and chief administrator of Novel International School in Jeddah, he performed various responsibilities to establish the school. He is also an excellent trainer and motivator.

He regularly organizes orientation sessions for the parents apart from personally training the teachers and staff.
