Hail Civil Defense rescued a 13-year-old boy who fell into a well in Rawdah city south of Hail. The man-made well is 26 meters deep and two meters wide.

Civil Defense spokesman Nafee bin Alyan Al-Harbi said that search and rescue teams went to the spot on a request from the police accompanied by divers who managed to reach the bottom of the well and rescue the boy. He had bruised his head and sustained a minor fracture in his foot but his overall condition was stable.

The boy was moved to King Khaled Hospital in Hail.
