Makkah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) has announced the establishment of a business development center. The construction of the complex will cost SR175 million and will include various sub-centers.

The announcement came recently in a press conference and a meeting of the MCCI board of directors.

Maher Jamal, chairman of MCCI, said the construction of the center will start in four months.

He said the council’s plan for the next two years includes the establishment and launch of specialized centers, calling on the private sector to work jointly with the MCCI in this regard.

“The opening of the complex will lead to more channels of success and opportunities of working together,” he said.

Abdul Samad Al-Qurashi, vice-chairman of MCCI, said the center for business development in Makkah Includes sub-centers that will help the MCCI and the community.

Qurashi said the systematic strategy of the MCCI will raise the capacity of the center which will be prepared in accordance with world standards.
