A total of 37 women recently took part in a competition advocating morals at a private school in Qatif.

The meeting kicked off with a dialogue between members on the competition and its impact on their lives. Women were eager, in particular, to adapt concepts that would best reflect their personality if they were to win the competition, according to sources.

Khadraa Al-Mubarak, chairman of the competition’s board, stressed the importance of strengthening the moral core of the competition, pointing out that parental obedience has played a great role in creating a social culture based on respect.

“We all strive to achieve high moral values that stem from our identity and our sense of belonging to our religion because religion is the source of all morals and it is from where our Prophet (peace be upon him) taught us,” said Iman Al-Sayegh, head of the panel of judges.
