Secret committees of the Health Ministry have embarked on fact-finding operations and inspection campaigns in the stores and warehouses of the ministry across the Kingdom, following reports in local media that medicines and products worth SR200 million are being wasted in the pharmacies of the ministry.

The reports said that some medicines in containers worth SR10,000 have been destroyed without any reason.
