A gang of seven men accused of committing burglaries, armed robberies and car thefts was arrested in Riyadh.

Riyadh police had narrowed down the list of suspects after an investigation was launched into a number of cases of burglaries committed with a similar method.

The investigation led to the seven suspects who were observed by undercover investigators. The arrests were made after police determining the whereabouts of the stolen items.

Confronted with the evidence, the suspects confessed to breaking and entering houses and shops, perpetrating armed robberies and stealing cars to use in committing their crimes.
