Mosleh bin Hamid Al-Otaibi, CEO of the Royal Commission for Jubail (RCJ), inaugurated recently a series of events under the title “For Your Health in Jubail.”

The events were organized in collaboration with experts from Germany, the United States and a group of Saudi consultants.

Al-Otaibi said the RCJ pays a great deal of attention to the health services provided to workers and residents, aiming to improve these services in Jubail Industrial City.

“The Royal Commission in Jubail accords special priority to health care services and strives to raise their standard to fulfil the needs of the citizens and residents of the city,” he said.

“The commission has build a number of fully equipped medical facilities, including a hospital and primary health care clinics.

“It also gave the private sector the chance to provide distinguished health services for the city’s residents by building modern hospitals and dispensaries to meet the demands of the rapidly growing population in the region,” he said.

The inauguration was attended by a number of high-level officials and health experts.

The program kicked off with a speech Abdulrahman bin Saleh, director of RCJ health services program, in which he welcomed the audience and thanked everyone who had contributed to the program.

Dr. Hisham Al-Omran, supervisor of the program, said the aim of the event is to change false concepts related to health care.

He said the program was the first of its kind in the region. “This useful experience will help in initiating a significant change in people’s health,” he said.
