On this historic date, the 23rd of September, allow me to make three comments. First to pay tribute for the vision to achieve a united and strong country. Second to express admiration for the determination to build a new State keeping the traditions and enhancing the modern aspects of science and technology. Third to recognize the wisdom of his Majestic the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the hard work to improve the life of the People and the prosperity of the Kingdom.
