JEDDAH: Seekers of Indian consular services, including passport, attestation and visa, can look forward to a better deal from the mission’s outsourcing agency (OSA) as well as officials of the consular wing of the consulate, following an interactive session on best practices in Jeddah.

Consul General B.S. Mubarak, who inaugurated the daylong session, enlightened the participants and explained how the staff at both the consulate and the OSA should offer services in a polite and courteous manner.

According to Anand Kumar, consul (consular), the latest rules related to the various consular services were explained on the occasion.

The mission also conducted its consular tours to Baha and Yanbu, where services were offered with the help of CCWA members.
