RIYADH: The Justice Ministry has appointed 1,145 candidates for jobs in the judiciary and urged them to complete the requirements for their final appointment.

The candidates in the sixth and fourth ranks are requested to fulfill employment prerequisites through the ministry’s website where they can inquire about the results, said the ministry.

Applicants should come to the ministry’s branches where they have submitted their papers and also get a printout of the nomination card.

The ministry said the nominees will have to act within a week of the date of this announcement, that is Wednesday, for completion of all the formalities for appointments.

The appointments come within the framework of the ministry’s plan to support the courts with the necessary qualified staff; and under the guidance and follow-up of Minister Sheikh Walid Al-Samaani, who seeks improvement of the judicial work and documentary.

Recently, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman issued a decree appointing 43 judges in various capacities.

Al-Samaani said that such gesture comes in the context of the continued support of the king to the judiciary. This will help in realizing the aspirations of the leadership and the application of the rulings of Islam derived from the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him).

Earlier, the minister said that Saudi Arabia’s leadership is keen to accomplish the legal transactions of citizens as well as expatriates in accordance with an appropriate legal system and time.

According to him, the judiciary will seek to realize the aspirations of everyone by overcoming obstacles, if any, under the system.
