JEDDAH: Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Naif, deputy premier and minister of interior, sent cables of congratulations to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sissi on the anniversary of his country’s National Day, the Saudi Press Agency said.

The king praised the distinguished relations between the two countries and their brotherly peoples, expressing his keenness on enhancing these relations in all fields.

The king and the crown prince also sent cables of congratulations to Sultan Qaboos of Oman on the anniversary of his country’s Renaissance Day.

In their cables, the king and the crown prince wished the Egyptian president and Sultan Qaboos good health and happiness, and their people steady progress and prosperity.
