RIYADH: Jordanian Ambassador Jamal Al-Shamayleh said here on Tuesday that Saudi products have a good reputation among Jordanian consumers, noting that Saudi investments in Jordan were estimated at SR48.7 billion in 2015, making Saudi Arabia the second biggest foreign investors.
The envoy made this statement during his meeting with the secretary-general of the Council of Saudi Chambers, Omar Bahlaiwa, at the headquarters of the CSC in Riyadh.
During the discussions, Al-Shamayleh recalled the positive results of the meeting between Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and King Abdallah, held in Riyadh in April this year. The results included an agreement to form the Saudi-Jordanian Coordination Council, whose purpose is to develop and deepen strategic relations between the two countries.
