A young man was reported to have been stabbed to death by his own brother in Hail, north of the Kingdom.

The incident occurred following an argument that soon turned violent.

Security forces have arrested the killer, aged 20, and investigation into the incident is still under way, Col. Abdulaziz Al-Znaidi, press spokesman for Hail police, told Arab News

The accused “tried to resuscitate his brother after stabbing him with a knife,” he said.

The victim’s body, meanwhile, has been shifted to a local morgue.
