The Riyadh-based-Prince Salman Center for Disability Research (PSCDR) in coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs organized a mobile exhibition under the theme “Knowledge which benefits mankind” to mark the occasion of the World Disability Day at Granada Mall in Riyadh.

According to PSCDR, the activity was part of a newly launched project held in line with the organization’s strategic plan for 2015. The mobile exhibition aims to provide educational and social awareness to the community about people with disabilities.

“The event will take place in major cities such as Riyadh, which is hosting it first, followed by Jeddah, Dammam and other provinces,” the PSCDR said in a statement. The event is part of PSCDR’s program, which also aims to introduce the activities and programs of the center.

The exhibition features the latest and most important technical mechanisms and facilities designed for people with disabilities.

The event is being organized with the cooperation of Al-Tayyar Travel Agency Company for travel and tourism under the scope of the two entities cooperation.
