On behalf of the PISJ-ES (Pakistan International School Jeddah-English Section) family, I am honored to forward my heartfelt felicitation to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and the people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as they celebrate their 86th National Day, today.
Extending across most of the northern and central Arabian Peninsula, Saudi Arabia has a largely dry and mountainous landscape with an arid climate; yet, it is a land, enriched with cultural and religious diversity and has been the center of Islam for centuries.
Millions of Muslims from across the globe visit its two blessed cities of Makkah and Madinah, which were enlivened by our beloved Prophets; Ibrahim (AS) and Muhammad (PBUH). In the reverence of the Prophet Ibrahim’s Sunnah, the circumambulation of Khana e Kaaba never stops and it is evidently depicted every year during the Haj pilgrimage.
PISJ-ES not only stands as the pride of nation in the most cosmopolitan city of the Kingdom, Jeddah, but this institute has also been playing an integral role in strengthening the bond of Pak-Saudi friendship for more than a couple of decades.
By means of our curriculum, the students at PISJ-ES learn about Saudi culture in early years of their education, which facilitates them to affiliate their deep-rooted intimacy with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the cradle of Islam.
On this auspicious occasion, I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the Saudi government and the Kingdom’s people for their friendship and always standing by us during the challenging times.
While celebrating the Saudi National Day with great pride and enthusiasm, I pray for eternal peace in both the countries and further strengthening of Pak-Saudi friendship. I also pray for peace and harmony in all the war stricken areas around the world.
