A Saudi student under the TVTC scholarship program who graduated with honors in ITS (Information Technology System) won accolades by receiving the Industry Award from RGU (Robert Gordon University), one of the best IT universities in the United Kingdom.

A source from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporate (TVTC) told Arab News that Ahmed Albarahiem, who is studying in the UK under the TVTC scholarship program, achieved a bachelor’s degree with first class honors in ITS. In addition, he received a prize from the Aventa systems, the highest honor for students, the source said.

According to the official, Albarahiem underwent a two-year training in one of TVTC’s training colleges in Saudi Arabia, followed by a one-year English course in Scotland. He then spent two years at RGU to study bachelor of science in ITS under the supervision of TVTC and the Saudi Cultural Attaché in UK and graduated last year with first class honors.
