JEDDAH: Kenyan police are the case of a Saudi visitor who was found dead at his hotel room in Nairobi, an online news site reported on Wednesday.
Alzaben Fahad Mohammed, 40, was found lifeless inside his room at Dusit Hotel on Riverside Drive, Kileleshwa district, on Tuesday night, Kenya’s Daily Nation said.
Mohammed checked in last week at the hotel, it said, adding that the body had no visible injuries.
