Since its operations started in the Kingdom in 2004, Sinopec Service Saudi Arabia has moved forward by leaps and bounds.

It has been its constant endeavor to be at the forefront of delivering high performance with efficiency.

This observation was made by Yang Guangwei, the company’s administration head in Saudi Arabia, while celebrating their country’s national day.

He said, being a part of the competitive international market, “it is our aim to move forward using the latest technology available. We firmly believe that our organization needs to remain strong, vibrant, and most importantly to contribute to Saudi economy.”

Guangwei said: “We always need to keep a high standard, efficient and safer workplace. Our future is looking bright, thanks to our high performance in this competitive and open market, which has also had a positive impact on the local economy.”

According to him, Sinopec Service continues to contribute to the Saudi community.

“We have created our own training center based in Abqaiq to help the young Saudi nationals train and gain employment within the services and also send the best trainees to China to gain further knowledge and experience.”

He added: “Sinopec remains strong because of the core values and strong principles we hold in focusing on long-term strategies. With this in-depth knowledge and vast expertise in the oil and gas field, construction industry and our excellent investment in our staff, we are certain to continue to deliver greater results, nationally and internationally.”

Outlining the vision of the company, he said: “We move forward with time and technology, gaining recognition as the major international petroleum service organization in the Middle East.”

He added: “Our aims and ambitions are to create a unique environment in which all employees are valued and succeed at their work irrespective of their ethnic background.”

Sinopec here has always achieved its core objectives, which clearly demonstrate good cooperation, coordination and understanding among our partners. 

“We would also like to mention the great support the government has given us over the year,” he said.

EPC for civil work includes land development, construction of house, tunnel, roads and bridges. EPC for oil and gas facilities includes water, oil and gas pipe installation, oil and water tank construction and installation. Drilling for the water oil and gas well, geophysical seismic survey works, anti-corrosion services, cement and mortar service for oil and gas wells, heavy equipment, etc.

According to him, Sinopec International Petroleum Service Corporation (Sinopec Service) is a fully owned subsidiary of the Sinopec Group dedicated to provide international petroleum services to all major oil and gas operators.

It was integrated from service teams of the Sinopec Group who have over 50 years of oil and gas industry experience.

The company offers efficient services utilizing modern technology.

Its capabilities include seismic acquisition and processing, drilling, mud and wire line logging, cementing, oil and gas facility construction and pipeline laying for a wide range of surface conditions and subsurface characteristics.

Sinopec Service is fully supported by the research and development institutes of the Sinopec Group, he said.
