The Ministry of Education has awarded the country’s top 121 teachers and administrators SR3 million and 24 cars for outstanding performances over the past year.

Abdul Rahman Al-Barrak, the supervisor of the prize, said the top three positions for administrators at schools for boys went to Oudeh bin Awadallah Alyoubi from Yanbu who received SR120,000 and a car, Mohammad Alshayeb from Riyadh who received SR100,000 and a car, and Abdulmalek bin Salman Al-Mohaimeed from Hafr Al-Batin who received SR80,000 and a car.

The top three women administrators at schools for girls, who received the same prizes as the men, were Moudi bint Fahaad Al-Nadir from Wadi Al-Dawaser, Hayyat bint Yahya Al-Felaly, and Rouqyah bint Saleh Al-Oubaishi from Al-Ras.

In the category for teachers at schools for boys, the winners were Naif Abdulatif Al-Zahrani from Baha who received SR70,000 and a car, Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Hamdan who received SR50,000 and a car, and Matrawi Mahmoud Hassan from Hafr Al-Batin who received SR30,000 and a car.

The three women winners, who received the same prizes as the men, were Nora bint Saleh Althowaikh from Jubail, Nora bint Hadi Alsror from Najran and Jihan bint Abdullah Alhindi from Makkah.

In the category for student counselors for boys, the winners were Mohammad bin Ali Almubarak from Al-Ahsa who received SR70,000 and a car, Mohammad bin Sami Ali from Ashraqia who received SR50,000 and a car, and Abdullah bin Yusuf Shahat from Hafr Al-Batin who received SR30,000 and a car.

In the same category, the women winners were Eman bint Mohammad Asiri from Asir, Fatima bint Mohammad Almehawi from Yanbu and Nadia bint Abdulrahim Alghamdi from Dammam.

In the category for education supervisors for boys, the winners were Hani bin Mohammad Al-Hafthi from Yanbu who received SR70,000 and a car, Ali bin Saadallah Alghamdi from Bisha who received SR50,000 and a car, and Ali bin Saleh Alomari from Asir who received SR30,000 and a car.

In the same category, the women winners were Sameera bint Ahmad Aljafri from Jeddah, Anwar bint Khalifa Almuslim from Ashraqia and the Wafa bint Ismail Khnkar from Taif. Education Minister Prince Khaled Al-Faisal will hand out the prizes next month.
