Wall Street English presented awards of excellence to some of its most dedicated teachers last week in Jeddah, in recognition of their educational projects.

The awards were presented to the teachers during a forum, which was sponsored by the Ministry of Education.

More than 250 male and female teachers attended the event, in addition to Abdullah Al-Thaqafi, director general of education in the Western Region, and Sahel Hifzi, CEO of Wall Street English.

The forum was established in 2010 to play an active role in enhancing education methods as well as to define the obstacles facing students and motivate teachers to achieve greater job satisfaction.

Speaking on the occasion, Al-Thaqafi expressed his gratitude to teachers for their positive role in society, and thanked Wall Street English for their support to teachers.

“We are pleased to participate in this forum, which seeks to elevate knowledge and provide students with means to change their future. Our teachers are dedicated in their mission to empower students to improve their career opportunities and acquire strong English language skills,” said Hefzi.
