Ahmed Al-Taib, a Saudi, topped the Fastest Car Race 2014 which was organized at Dirab Park racetrack in Riyadh.

Al-Taib won the race in a Porsche 911 Turbo, which is characterized by its engine 530 horsepower, and he has clocked the winning time of 10.8 seconds and a speed of 211km per hour in 400 meters.

Prince Turki bin Saud took the second position while Salman Al-Mahya was third in the championship.

Al-Taib thanked Dirab Park for organizing such events that attracted several lovers of motor sport who practice their favorite sport in safe and equipped environment.

Al-Taib congratulated Prince Saud bin Turki and and Salman Mahaaaly on their podium finishes.

"I would like to thank MC Performance, official sponsor of the team, the team programmer Hussam Al-Taib, and all members MC Performance for their efforts that contributed to my victory for the second time in the championship," Al-Taib said.

Al-Taib's new Porsche 911 car had been equipped by Saudi mechanic team, MC Performance, using international standards and specifications according to the International Automobile Federation (FIA).
