JEDDAH: Al-Waha International and Al-Falah DPS schools scored identical eight-run victories over Al-Warid and Pakistan International School Aziziah in the Hamid Rasheed Inter-School under-19 cricket Tournament organized by the Saudi Cricket Center, here.

In the fourth week of hostilities, Al-Waha International School won the toss and batted first and put up a total 160 for 5 in the allotted overs. Yassir (22), Muhammad (25) and Talha (47) were the main scorers.

Furqan Sameer bagged 2 for 22.

In reply Al-Warid International School managed 151 for 4.

Furqan Sameer batted brilliantly for 71, well assisted by Mudassir 15 and Sheezan 27. Zaid grabbed 2 for 32 runs.

In the other match, Falah DPS batted first and were all out for 131. Samih Manshee top-scored with (62) and was supported by Urjan (12). Thirty-five runs came in the form of extras.

Saleem 2-29, Shahzad 2-22 and Khiarzat 2-23 were the main wicket takers.

In reply School Azizia tried to make a fight of it but finished with 123 for 9.

Abdullah (12), Khadim (23), Shahzad (12), Husnain (32) and Shahyar (12) were the main contributors Fazan took 3 for 23. Samih Munshee and Ratak took 2-24 each respectively.
