RIYADH: In the PSI T-20 cricket tournament organized by Riyadh Cricket League Bhatkal Warriors, Black Caps, Mughal, Maestro and Star XI won their matches, Imtiaz, Mushtaq hit centuries while Kashif, Junais, Faiz, Sirajuddin, Mansoor, Sanaullah and Muddasar scored 50s, while Saqib Memon and Bilal excelled with the ball.

In the first match, Bhatkal Warriors beat Cyberoam by 1 run. Bhatkal made 177 for 5 wickets, Mudassar scored 71 runs, Naseef 27 and Sameer scored 37 runs, Atif Aslam claimed 3/41 runs. In reply, Cyberoam began well but fell just short by 1 run on 176-6 through Waheed 44, Umer 35 and Zeeshan 36, Musaddaque 2-23, Afaque 2-29 and Safwan 2-31.

In the second match, Star X1 defeated Indian Strikers by 66 runs. Star X1 made 267 runs for 2 wickets. Imtiaz was outstanding with 131 not out, hitting 18 boundaries and 2 huge sixes, while Kashif had 53 runs and Manzoor 43. Anees took 2-40. In reply, Indian Strikers scored 201 runs for 3 wickets, Junais and Faiz showed resistance and scored 82 and 56 runs each while Sunil scored 30 runs, Abbas took 2/36.

In the third match, Mughal C C won by 33 runs against Falcons. Mughal CC scored 203-4 , Mushtaq played magnificently and scored 130 runs, while Javed made 34 runs. Faik took 2-37.

In reply, Falcon CC made 170 runs though Sirajuddin 78 and Zahid Rizvi made 38 runs, Sami took 3/24 while Sajjad Shah 2-25 and Javed 2-33.

In the fourth match, Black Caps beat Konkan by 7 wickets. Konkan made 161-5 through Mansoor 56 runs, Faheem 31 and Majeed 30 runs. Bilal took 4 wickets for 17 runs, Afaque 2-30 and Muqeem 2-28. In reply, Black Caps reached the target in 18th over with the loss of 3 wickets, Sanaullah had 57, Abid 34 and Bilal scored 20 runs. Siraj took 2-38.

In the fifth match, Maestro won over Cricketers by 40 runs. Maestro CC made 159-6,

Jamaluddin Khan 41, Riyaz Qureshi 29 and Shoaib Shah made 27, Zeeshan 3 wickets for 20 runs. In reply, Cricketers made 119 runs for 9 wickets . Zeeshan Khan made 44 and Shafiq made 25 . Saqib Memon took 4 wickets for 24 Runs & Abdullah Khan took 3 wickets for just giving 7 Runs.

Meantime, RCL Executive Committee meeting was held in the presence of its president Mamoor Elahi and patron Jawad Khalifa. Several actions were finalized including new tournaments for the season 2012-2013, Inter-school tournament and international trip of RCL to Dubai . Grounds facilities were reviewed and completion of new ground in addition to the existing five grounds was announced.
