ST. PAUL, Minnesota: Boston’s Loui Eriksson scored 1:30 into overtime to give the Bruins a 3-2 win at Minnesota on Wednesday.

In the day’s other games, Dallas and Ottawa won at Vancouver and New Jersey respectively, extending the vanquished teams’ losing streaks to five games each.

Boston’s Carl Soderberg, who set up Eriksson’s winner with a cross-crease pass, scored early for the Bruins along with Patrice Bergeron.

Minnesota’s Jason Pominville had tied the game in the third period, and Kyle Brodziak also had a goal for the Wild.

Dallas goaltender Kari Lehtonen made 27 saves for his second shutout this season, helping the Stars win 2-0 at Vancouver.

Colton Scevior and Antoine Roussel, into an empty net, scored for the Stars.

Lehtonen has four wins this month but came in with a 3.10 goals-against average on the season.

Ottawa’s Craig Anderson made 34 saves in the Senators’ 2-0 win at New Jersey, posting his third shutout of the season and 29th in his NHL career.

The Devils, whose losing streak was extended to five games, went 0 for 5 on the power play — stymied by Anderson throughout.

Kyle Turris bookended the game with two goals — putting the Senators ahead with their first shot, and capping it with an empty netter in the final second.
