RIYADH: Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, chairman Kingdom Holding, received players and members of Mudhar Sports Club from Qatif in the eastern province, led by chairman Sami Alyateem, at KHC headquarters.

Prince Alwaleed and Alyateem discussed the latest updates of the club and its achievements. The prince stressed the need to support sports and the athletes as well as the development of clubs in Saudi Arabia and to encourage the younger generation to hone their athletic skills and invest their time in useful activities.

As a form of encouragement, Prince Alwaleed awarded the club SR250, 000 that consist of support the club members, players and the club’s budget in addition to a bus.

This honor comes for their achievements in handball and other games.

Alyateem thanked Prince Alwaleed for his support and his constant encouragement to clubs and sport federations in Saudi Arabia.
