JEDDAH: Action-packed games marked the Week 4 of the OFBL Season 8 — Evening Conference with debuting Rabea Tea handing DAC-Panda its third defeat by winning their match at the Olympic Stadium on Television Street on the outskirts of Jeddah.

After the first game between DAC Panda against Rabea Tea, the second game featured the running game of young Juffali E.A.J.B in a victory over Firnas.

It was the second straight win for Juffali while Firnas went down to its second defeat of the season.

Mighty FedEx whipped P.S.I. team by 11 points in Game 3. The defeat left P.S.I. with an even 1-1 record in the tournament.

In the last game of the evening, Jeddah Lions overan the defending champion Tropang Drinkers 111-70.

Jeddah Lions roared to their second win while handing the Drinkers their first loss in the Inter-Commercial Non-Rated Division.

Meanwhile, Jon Azupardo’s Repapipz emerged back-to-back champions in the Friday Morning Division 3-B in the OFBL Season 8th Morning Conference.

Repapipz beat the heavy favorite and unbeaten team in the elimination round Saudi Ground Services (SGS) in the championship game.

SGS displayed a great game against Repapipz, but the experience and consistent pressure by the latter gave them the edge in the end to win the Season 8 championship.

Also, Yummy Yummy went home as the champion for the Friday Morning Division 3-A non rated group by beating Toyota Yaris of Noel Sun in the exciting do or die Game 3 of their best- of-three championship.

Yummy Yummy’s another team for Division 2 is playing for finals against the Solid North of Viscayno.

The 9th Season Conference for Friday Morning is also set to open with only two divisions namely the 5-11 Below Group and the No Height Limit Group. Both groups are to feature non-rated players. Registration is now ongoing.
