RIYADH: Over 22 cricket enthusiasts took part in an under-15 selection trial organized by the Royal Academy Cricket in Riyadh recently.

The purpose of this process is to build a team that will represent the RAC in various leagues and tournaments in the near future besides playing for their respective schools in the Inter-Schools tourneys.

The players were divided into two groups, which later played against each other.

The purpose of the match was to see how the kids will mix and play as a team to make sure they win rather than just play.

Aasif Sheikh, director of operations, assured the kids that the RAC will work with them and give them a platform where they can learn, improve and perform better.
