JEDDAH: Radian Midget White of team manager Mahmoud Omar and Coach Ernel Paner defeated Black Team 73-71 in the 2016 Titan Watch-JBL Basketball Tournament at Khalidia court here.

Midget White almost lost the game as Black Team never gave up till the final buzzer had sounded. Durante scored 31 points for the White Team and was adjudged as the Titan Watch best player of the game while Francisco had 37 points for the Black Team.

Radian Junior Black of Coach Raffy David beat White Team 91-89. Black Team dominated the offensive department in the first half of the game but White Team slowly regrouped to bring the close result in the dying minutes. Acub top -scored with 42 points for Black Team and was adjudged as the Giordano Best Player of the game while Dolloso scored 27 points for White Team.

Movenpick Resort Al Nawras Jeddah defeated Khalidia Tambayz 112-101. Dula played well in the shaded area in the whole game and led Movenpick Resort with 45 big points was adjudged as the JBL Best Player of the game while Sebunga had 31 points for Khalidia Tambayz.

Fame Thunders of Miramonte Brothers beat Malmons 94-58 to advance in the semifinals of Group A. Malmons playing with only 7 players tried hard but lost steam in the final quarter. Fame took the advantage and played their offense well. Garcia top-scored with 15 points for Fame and was adjudged as Radian Massage Cream best player of the game while Sena scored 19 points for Malmons.

NRF of Gerry Acosta defeated Knights 127-103. King Acosta chipped in 32 points for NRF and was adjudged as the JBL Best Player of the game while Maddatu had 27 points for the Knights.

Gensoul Eagle beat Khalidia 40’s 79-74 to advance to the semifinals of 40 and above division. Nalus shot a game-high 33 points for Gensoul Eagle and was adjudged as the Titan Watch Best Player of the game while Valdez top-scored with 20 points for Khalidia 40’s.

Gensoul Lion blasted UDG 80-55 to secure the twice to beat advantage in the semifinals. Umlas contributed 28 points for Gensoul Lion and was adjudged as the JBL Best Player of the game while Villanueva scored 17 points for UDG.
